Suitable for beginners and those with little or some yoga experience, my yoga class will be a general introduction to Hatha Yoga via a dynamic and energising group of yoga poses, which will stretch, massage and tone all of the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body, whilst also allowing some precious relaxation time!
