Starting Monday 25th July to Monday 15th August
Learn the dynamic Korean martial art of Taekwon-do with our 4 week summer trial - Introduction to ITF Taekwon-do
The class will cover:
- Introduction to TKD
- Cardio warm up
- Pad work
- TKD fundamentals
- Stretching
- Beginner patterns
- Basic sparring
All ages and levels welcome from 7yrs +. No experience necessary. Beginners just wear sports clothing/tracksuit and bring water - you will need it!
Fees:
£25 for the 4 weeks payable in advance.
