Around the World is a thriving gifts, furnishings and furniture shop in St Margarets, West London, which specialises in contemporary handcrafted products from all parts of the globe. Since the shop opened in 1995 it has developed a loyal and growing customer following. The company's owner, Jon Tompkins, gave up his teaching career some ten years ago to travel the world in search of contemporary gifts and homewares. You will find and extensive range of products to suit both traditional and contemporary settings. Most products are accompanied by a leaflet which describes the story behind their making, and gifts are beautifully wrapped using handmade tissue paper.
