Orleans House Gallery

Orleans House Gallery is the home of the Richmond upon Thames Arts service and the Borough collection.

There are two gallery spaces with changing programmes of exhibitions. The Coach House and stables has been converted into a state of the art education and conference centre, the stables gallery alongside the dilapidated north stables complex will be tranformed into a artists studio, improved gallery and a cafe over 2007. The gallery is set in beautiful parkland by the river, and welcomes families to exhibitions and activities.

There are a wide range of exhibitions including contemporary art from local artists and further afield and works from the Borough Collection.

The gallery's education department offers a programme of events for families, often led by practising artists, which are designed to make the exhibitions accessible and fun.

Riverside Gallery at the Old Town Hall

The Riverside Gallery is run by the Orleans House Gallery and is on the ground floor of the building. There is a year round programme of exhibitions including paintings, prints and photographs. Local artists are featured and work is usually for sale.
