We have a son who is very, very interested in Pokemon… but all the leagues are pretty far away. Are there any interested people out in Richmond Borough? Perhaps we could set up a casual, regular game?

The Holly Lodge Centre

The Holly Lodge Centre based in Richmond Park is run totally by volunteers and one paid employee, the Project Manager Dr Pat Ealey, MBE. The Centre provides activities for people of all ages and abilities to help them learn about the natural environment and heritage of Richmond Park while having fun. Seventy per cent of the visiting groups have special needs.

A large number of famous and celebrated residents have lived in St Margarets – writers, actors, musicians, comedians, politicians, journalists – the full gamut of talent. We’ve even had our fair share of crooks and gangsters. Charlie Richardson, the head of the notorious South London “Torture Gang” who died recently, was born just up the road in Twickenham. But the most celebrated resident of them all is probably the least well known.

Building on the success of last year’s Full of Life Fair, which was attended by over 500 senior residents, the Council is inviting the borough’s older residents and carers to its annual Full of Life Fair. Singing in the Heart of St Margarets

Richmond Community Choir has a new home. Open to all those who’d like to sing, the Choir is now meeting at Orleans Primary School (formerly Orleans Infant School), Hartington Road, from 6.30pm to 8pm on Thursdays.
