How to improve fitness levels.

  1. Always warm up for about 5 minutes before you do any exercise. If you are going out running, start off by walking so you get yourself ready for your run. Stretching is not necessary before a run, but will help reduce muscle soreness at the end of your exercise session. Again cool down for about 5 minutes.

Car Club Idea for St Margarets

They have dedicated parking spots, and I’m aware of cars in East Twickenham, Richmond and Twickenham.

Missing Cat No. 5 - Benny

Benny

Please can you help, I have lost my cat, Benny.

He has very distinctive markings and wears a blue collar. He went missing from the Turks Head end of Winchester Road on Thursday 21st Feb 08, we only moved to the are from Enfield at the end of Jan 08. We really miss him. I would be grateful if people could check garages and sheds etc. He is microchipped and I have put up some posters already. I have attached a photo of him too.

Sally Evans can be contacted on 07958305102 or thisissallyevans@aol.com.
